However, during the excitement and enjoyment of the games, users often forget about proper maintenance of their Xbox 360. Halo 3 Free Download

The marketing of Halo 3 was fervently anticipated, as the game was the third in the original three-part series of the Halo games. As a result, the Halo 3 trial download was one of the most frequently downloaded video game demos in the history of the Xbox 360. But what many people don’t remember is that the Halo 3 trial download helped make another game ie Crackdown.

It may seem shady practice at first to attempt to push sales of a game that’s expected to be unpopular, but in retrospect people like the game and it was a good thing that they were able to get the chance to play it.

Hands On HALO 3 ODST Gameplay Preview

Around fifteen games journalists descended on the Microsoft offices in Prague on the 11th of September to get their first hands on the new HALO 3 ODST game. Fortunately, I was one of them and with HALO 3: ODST Review Party invite in hand I made my way there as well. They did do some other presentations including Forza 3 and Lips Number One Hits, but it was ODST that everyone came to see, and more importantly, to play.

From the word go, HALO 3 ODST is definitely a HALO title, regardless of whether or not the Master Chief ever shows up in the series. Sure, the game gives you a look at the universe from a slightly different point of view in that you will play as multiple characters. But in its heart it is still, truly HALO. In fact, this could be the most pivotal game in the HALO franchise history. Halo Wars expanded the gameplay to RTS, HALO 3 ODST will expand the story and depth of the universe.

If you’re like me and you love a great story that acts as motivation for you to continue playing a game, then you’re in for a real treat, HALO fan or not. Humanity’s fight against the Covenant was never so three-dimensional as it is now.

The gameplay is that of the HALO FPS predecessors in that the environments are still mostly non-interactive, the weapons are mostly what you’ve already seen and yes, the Warthog returns. The familiarity that you will find in HALO 3: ODST will make you feel right at home as you grab the controller. I’ve also heard that this time we’ll get to drive a tank around the city in a mission, but I haven’t gotten there yet.

HALO 3 ODST branches the previously linear story that is the backbone of the universe. It gives new breath to the mythology and while gameplay does not stray far from the others, it’s definitely going to be worth the price.

HALO 3 ODST will have two discs will be packed together, a single player disc containing the campaign and firefight accompanied by a multiplayer disc stacked to the edges with maps, game modes and more. Over 20 maps and 9 main modes give a good start. Each mode also has 3-5 variations for a total of 35 ways to play with your friends including Slayer (deathmatch), Territories, King of the Hill, capture-the-flag, Oddball, Juggernaut, Infection (zombies!), Assault and VIP.

The well-rounded HALO 3: ODST offering will certainly bring value to the franchise and flesh out the HALO universe. It will certainly be worth the purchase price, maybe even for those who are not HALO fans. With the release date just around the corner (Sept. 22nd) the HALO franchise will once again shine in the heavens of the gaming greats.

A great game is a game that leaves a memory in our heads. There are many instances when a great game and its brilliant characters make you feel as though they really exist. It leaves fans wondering if there will be a sequel and if the game is in production already. That is a great game. We can all read a good story, but playing a good story is one million times better.

Let’s look at one of the greatest games ever made. Bioshock. This is a game that will go down in history as being among the best. It is a rare game that is truly original and combines amazing sound and graphics with a deep and gripping story. The characters feel so real that they never let you go.

Another great game is Oblivion. This is a rare feature and it truly lives up to its expectations. This game creates an experience for everyone to enjoy. Oblivion is a great RPG game that has a compelling story and great characters. You will definitely want more after completing this.

The next game that has got to be mentioned in the list of unbelievable games has got to be Halo 3. Halo 3 is as close to video game perfection as one can get but you do need an Xbox in order to play it. This is one game that will no doubt have a stranglehold on gamers that won’t let up until you reach the surprising ending.

Not many people enjoyed Modern Warfare. When playing the Call-of-Duty games, people expect WW2 style gameplay. In the fourth installment you play a character that goes by the name Soap. This is different from all the COD games and COD 4 runs on its own engine. Multiplayer offers very satisfying rounds and intense battles. You will not be putting this game away anytime soon.

If you want something along the line of Oblivion, look out for Fallout 3. This is nothing like the first and second Fallout games already released, and when you play this you will see why. This is a hardcore shooter that will throw you up against very ruthless people and creatures. You get it all in Fallout 3. If you are looking for a memorable journey, gruesome enemies and bloody combat, look no further.

The unstoppable force known as Gears-of-War boasts mind blowing graphics and an unmatched game play experience. When you are discussing Gears of War two there really is no game that can come close by comparison. It is simply one of the biggest and baddest video games to come along in years. You will not be able to get enough of the single and multiplayer modes and get enjoyment out of these games for years to come.

Now we look at Mass Effect. It has one of the best stories, and it not only looks great but it sounds incredible. The style of combat fits the aspect of the game perfectly. If you have not yet played Mass Effect, make the effort very soon. No other RPG comes close.
